Lake Lodge 3 is a single-storey cabin, number three in a little row right by the water. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One's a double, the other has bunk beds. There's a shower room.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean, though the kitchen is compact. There's a two-ring electric hob and a combi microwave oven, so you're fine for basics but maybe not for a big Sunday roast. The main room is open plan with the living area.
The best bit is outside. There's a deck that looks straight out over the lake. You can sit with a drink and watch the boats.
You're at Chichester Watersports, so if you're into sailing, paddleboarding or that sort of thing, you're already there. They run a little boat service across the lake to their café for breakfast or lunch, which is a nice touch. A few other places to eat are a very short walk away. The nearest proper pub is about fourteen miles, so it's not a stroll-to-the-pub sort of place.
Chichester city centre is about a twenty minute walk or a very short drive. You've got the cathedral, the Festival Theatre, and the shops inside the old walls. If you want the coast, West Wittering beach is a twenty minute drive. It's a good, sandy beach. The South Downs are just north of you.
For parking, you have a space right by the lodge. Bedding and towels are included. There's Wi-Fi and a TV.
