The Gatehouse
The Gatehouse is in Bognor Regis. It's a detached place, set in the grounds of Barton Manor. It's quiet. The garden is yours to use.
It sleeps six, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been finished to a high standard. Everything's new and it's kept very clean.
There's a pub about 60 yards down the lane. They serve food. The beach is about a mile away. For a longer walk, Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve is close by. It's good for birds.
Arundel is a twenty minute drive. The castle is there. Chichester is about the same distance. They've got the cathedral and the Festival Theatre.
Goodwood is nearby if you're interested in the motor racing or horse racing. For a day out, you can drive to Brighton or Portsmouth, both within an hour. The Isle of Wight ferry goes from Portsmouth.
Facilities: it has parking under a carport, an electric vehicle charger, a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets. It's not really suitable for young children due to the quiet setting.
