The property is on the edge of the Slindon Estate, which is National Trust land. There are over 30 miles of public footpaths right from the door, including Stane Street, the old Roman road. The garden has two alpacas.
Slindon village is a mile away. It's a quiet, traditional place. They have a Pumpkin Festival in the autumn.
Goodwood is about three miles away, so it's handy for the motor racing or the horse racing. The coast at Climping Beach is about five miles. It's an unspoilt stretch. Arundel, with its castle and cathedral, is a short drive. Chichester is also close.
Facilities: there's the pool, WiFi, TV, parking, and a garden. It's all on one level and has a wheelchair-accessible entrance. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
