Flat 1
It's Flat 1 on a residential street in Littlehampton. Basically a straightforward ground-floor apartment that sleeps four, in two bedrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which just means it's new and everything works properly.
The place overlooks a green, which is nice. It's about 500 yards from the beach, so you can walk it easily. There's a shop, a pub, and a restaurant just around the corner.
The main living space is open-plan, with the kitchen at one end. It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. The sofa's big. The bathroom has a bath. Each bedroom has its own TV.
The beach here is good. The town's a proper seaside resort, so there's a marina and a harbour. If you're there in summer, you can get the little ferry across the river to West Beach. That's more of a nature reserve, good for a quieter walk. You can walk from there along to Climping Beach.
Arundel is a short drive away. It's got the castle and the wetlands centre. Heading north, you're into the South Downs National Park pretty quickly. Goodwood, for the racing or the motor circuit, is about half an hour's drive. Chichester's in the other direction, similar distance.
Facilities: everything's included – bedding, towels, electricity, wifi. There's a bike storage area. No pets.
