Seaview

This is Seaview in Rustington. It's on the beach. I don't mean it's near the beach, I mean you walk out the door and you're on it.

It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom with twin beds is downstairs, along with its own shower room. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, both with king size beds. The main one has a small balcony. All the bedrooms face the sea. You can hear the waves.

Downstairs is basically one big room with a kitchen at one end and living space at the other. There are two conservatories. The views are straight out across the beach huts to the water.

Outside, there's a patio garden and another raised seating area. It's private. You can sit out there with a drink.

It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's clean and things work. There's parking on site.

You can bring two dogs. We include bedding and towels. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and wifi.

The village centre is about half a mile walk. There are shops, a few places to eat, and a couple of pubs. For a bigger town, Littlehampton is a couple of miles west. It's a proper seaside place with a harbour and a long beach.

If you want to explore, Arundel Castle is about a 20 minute drive inland. Goodwood is maybe 30 minutes away. The South Downs are right there for walking.
