This is the Forget Me Not French Roulotte in Patching. It's a gypsy caravan converted into a little cottage. It's completely on its own, detached, in its own garden.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a five star rating, so it's well equipped and finished to a high spec. It's glamping, but comfortable glamping.
The location is down a country lane. There are two pubs within walking distance. Angmering village is also walkable, it has shops and a tea room.
You're right on the edge of the South Downs. You can step out the door and be on a footpath. There are two bicycles you can use if you prefer.
The roulotte itself has a veranda with rocking chairs looking over fields with sheep and horses. Inside, it's fitted out with antique furniture, a small kitchen with a hob and microwave, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower.
Outside you have a private, enclosed garden with a hot tub, a picnic table, and that view. The double doors open right up.
In terms of things to do, Arundel with its castle is about ten miles away. Worthing and the coast is about four miles. The Goodwood estate is within a half hour drive for events like the Festival of Speed.
Facilities include parking, wifi, TV, bedding and towels. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
