The Heights

The Heights is in East Preston. It's a big terraced house, right across the road from the beach. You can see the sea from most of the front windows.

It sleeps ten in four bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, one has its own shower. Then on the second floor there are two more doubles, which share a door between them, plus another shower room. It's good for two families or a big group. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well set up.

The living room is spacious. There's a sofa bed, a smart TV, and two chairs in the bay window that face the sea. Good spot for a cup of tea. The kitchen and dining area is open plan, so whoever's cooking isn't cut off. You can see the water from the sink.

The garden is out the back. There's a patio and a BBQ. You can park on the drive.

The beach is literally across the road. It's sandy at low tide and dog-friendly all year. You get direct access to the coastal path from there. You can walk along the beach to Rustington in about half an hour.

East Preston village is a five minute walk. There's a couple of pubs, some cafes, and places for fish and chips, Chinese, or Indian. There's a mainline train station about a 30 minute walk from the house. It goes to London, Brighton, and Southampton.

Facilities wise: it has WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and an electric vehicle charger. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
