It's on a normal residential street. It looks out over a green park. The East Beach is about five minutes' walk away.
The apartment itself is open plan. There's a kitchen area with a dishwasher and washing machine, then a living space with a sofa and TV. The bathroom has a bath. It's all fairly new and clean.
You're about 200 yards from a local shop and a pub. The pub does food. The town centre and the marina are a short walk.
The beach is the main thing. East Beach has the famous long bench and café. You can get the little ferry over to West Beach in the summer. That side is quieter, more of a nature reserve. You can walk from there along to Climping.
Arundel is about ten minutes by car. You've got the castle there. The South Downs National Park starts just north of there, good for walking. Goodwood is about half an hour away for the motor circuit or horse racing.
In terms of facilities, you get bedding and towels, there's WiFi, and you can store bikes. There's no dedicated parking, but you can usually park on the street nearby.
