Dolphina is on our land in Bognor Regis. It's a compact one-bedroom place, sleeps two. It has a 3 Star rating, which means it's clean and tidy but not luxurious. It's been made to look a bit like a boat inside.
The main detail is it's about 40 yards from the beach. There's a private path that leads straight down to it. The beach is pebble and sand, and dogs are allowed. You can hear the waves from the property.
Outside there's a small, enclosed decked courtyard that gets the sun. It has a pink awning for some shade, and a couple of reclining deckchairs.
Inside, there's one bedroom and one bathroom. The bathroom is a wet room on the ground floor with a walk-in shower. The stairs up to the bedroom are a bit steep, as they're more like ship's stairs.
A shop and a pub are about 50 yards away. Middleton-on-Sea has a few places to eat within walking distance. For more choice, Bognor Regis is a walk along the coast, or Littlehampton is a five-minute drive.
In terms of things to do locally, Arundel with its castle is close. The South Downs National Park is right there for walking. Goodwood, Fontwell, and Chichester are within a half-hour drive. Brighton and Portsmouth are also about 30 minutes away by car.
Facilities include parking, WiFi, TV, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
