Glenvar
This is Glenvar in Bognor Regis. It's a modern house built in 2021. A lot of places say they're near the sea, but this one actually is. The garden ends at a shingle beach. You can see the water from most rooms.
It sleeps twelve people. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms. There's a lift between the ground floor and first floor, which is handy if you've got pushchairs or mobility needs. The stairs are fine, normal modern stairs.
The main living space is open plan. Large kitchen, dining area, seating. It's all on one level with the garden. There's underfloor heating. The decor is quite minimalist. It's a 5 Star property, so it's got everything, but it's not fussy.
Outside, there's a good-sized enclosed garden, mostly lawn, then the beach. There's a hot tub on the patio and a balcony upstairs with lighting.
Facilities wise: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. You can bring one dog. We can provide a cot and highchair.
For things to do: you're right on the coast for walks. There's a local pub. Bognor town centre is a short drive for shops. Chichester is about fifteen minutes away. Goodwood is twenty minutes for the motor racing events. Portsmouth, with the historic dockyard, is about forty minutes. Brighton is forty-five minutes.
