Glenvar
This is Glenvar. It's in Bognor Regis, right on the beach. The garden ends at the shingle, so you've got your own bit of shore. The sea view is direct, nothing between you and it.
It's a new house, built in 2021. It sleeps twelve people. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well kitted out and everything's in good order.
The main living space is upstairs. Big open plan kitchen and living area. There's a lift if stairs are a problem, or for groceries. Underfloor heating throughout, so it's warm. The decor is quite minimal.
Outside, there's a hot tub on the patio, then a lawned garden that goes down to the beach. The garden is enclosed.
It's a good spot for a big group. You've got all the practical stuff: parking, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, cot, highchair, stairgate. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
For things to do, Bognor seafront is a short drive. Chichester is close, with the cathedral and the Chichester Harbour area. Goodwood is about ten miles away for the motor racing events. Further along the coast, you've got Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and Brighton, both within roughly half an hour's drive.
