Lamorna
Lamorna is in Littlehampton. It's an annexe to our house, but it's entirely separate. You've got your own front door and everything.
It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is attached to the main bedroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means everything is clean and modern. We decorated it last year.
The beach is about a five minute walk away. It's a classic seaside beach, sand and shingle. Fairly flat, good for a wander. The promenade and all the cafes are right there. The town centre and train station are about a mile away.
There's a small shop and a pharmacy literally two minutes down the road. A couple of local pubs are within walking distance too.
Inside, it's open plan. Living room, kitchen and dining area all in one space. The rooms are a decent size. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on the drive right outside.
The garden is enclosed and private, with a patio and a barbecue. There's also an electric vehicle charging point.
If you want to go further out, Arundel with its castle is about 20 minutes by car. Goodrington is about the same. Chichester and the South Downs are within half an hour.
