Sea Loft
Sea Loft is an apartment in East Preston. It's ground floor. The beach is right there, maybe twenty seconds from your front door. It's a proper beach, sandy, and dogs are allowed all year.
It sleeps three, maybe four if one of you is a child. Two bedrooms. One has a kingsize bed, the other has a single with a pull-out trundle bed underneath. The trundle is a bit short, so that one's really for a kid. There's one bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.
It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and has what you need, but it's not luxurious. You've got your own courtyard garden at the front and the back. The back one is gated, which is handy.
East Preston village is a short walk away. There are a couple of pubs and restaurants. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Worthing or Littlehampton, which are about ten minutes in either direction.
You can walk along the beach for miles. East towards Ferring, there's a dog-friendly cafe. West takes you into Littlehampton, past the East Beach Cafe. Littlehampton has a promenade and amusements. Arundel is a fifteen-minute drive inland. It's got the castle and the cathedral. Good for a wander.
If you like walking or cycling, you can get into the South Downs from here. Patching Woods is a good starting point.
Facilities: WiFi, parking for one car right outside, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
