Pebble House is in Goring-by-Sea, which is the bit of Worthing just west of the town centre. It's a terraced house on a quiet road that runs right down to the beach. You're about a hundred yards from the shingle.
It sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms. There's one double with an en-suite shower, a bunk room that can take adults, and a single. There's also a family bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable.
The living room and kitchen are open plan downstairs. The kitchen has what you need. Out the back is a small, west-facing patio with a table and a BBQ. It gets the sun in the afternoon. There's a little Wendy house out there too, for kids.
You can walk straight out onto the beach. At low tide there's sand and rock pools. The promenade goes for miles: east into Worthing and beyond to Brighton, or west towards Shoreham. The Goring Greensward, a big grassy area, is a couple of minutes walk away if you want a run around.
Worthing town centre is about a mile and a half along the front. It's got the pier, a big wheel, theatres, and the Splashpoint leisure centre with pools. There's a shop and a pub within half a mile of the house.
Arundel, with the castle and the Wetland Centre, is about a twenty minute drive west. The South Downs start just north of here. Cissbury Ring, for a good walk with views, is about fifteen minutes by car. Brighton is roughly half an hour east. Goodwood, for events like the Festival of Speed, is about forty minutes drive.
For facilities: there's parking for one car on the driveway. WiFi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher, and bedding and towels are all included. A cot is available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
