Pensway
Pensway is in Burpham, West Sussex. It's an old cottage, one of the original ones here. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom.
It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well kept. There are low beams in a couple of places. You'll need to watch your head.
The garden is quiet and enclosed. You get a table and chairs, a barbecue, and a couple of loungers. It looks out over fields. You'll hear a lot of birds. Pheasants in the day, owls at night. No traffic.
The kitchen is traditional but has a dishwasher. There's a wood burner in the sitting room. The conservatory is where you eat.
The George pub is two minutes' walk. It's good. For a shop, you'll need to drive to Arundel, which is about two miles.
You're right in the South Downs National Park. People walk and cycle past the door all the time to get to the South Downs Way. Arundel has the castle and the Wetland Centre. The beach at Climping or the Witterings is about a twenty minute drive.
Chichester and Brighton are both about half an hour away by car.
Facilities: washing machine, TV, WiFi, parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets.
