Beaufort Dairy is in West Burton, one of those small villages at the bottom of the South Downs. It's a converted dairy building. You're on the edge of the village, so it's quiet.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and everything works. Underfloor heating, wood burner, that sort of thing. The shower in the main bathroom is a walk-in. The stairs are fine.
There's a lawned garden and a terrace. You look out over a field towards the Downs. There's a little folly in the field, which is a nice thing to look at. You can store bikes if you bring them.
The local pub, The Fox, is about a five minute walk. It's decent. For a shop you'll need to drive to Fittleworth or Petworth, which is about ten minutes.
You're right in the South Downs National Park for walking. The South Downs Way is accessible. Goodwood is about a twenty minute drive for the motor racing or the horses. Petworth House is ten minutes away and worth a visit. Arundel with the castle and the wetlands is about half an hour.
Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, smart TV, parking on site. No pets.
