Beaufort Dairy is in West Burton, a small village at the bottom of the South Downs. It's a three bedroom cottage that sleeps six.
It's a new conversion, so everything's fresh and works properly. It's got underfloor heating and a wood burner. There are two bathrooms, one is an en-suite with a shower. The other has a bath and a shower.
The main room is open plan. Kitchen at one end, sofas and TV at the other, and a table in the middle. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a utility room with a boot rack for muddy shoes.
Outside, there's a terrace and a lawned garden. It looks out over fields. There's a folly in the next field you can see from the garden.
Parking is on site. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
The village is quiet. You can walk straight out onto the footpaths from the door. The South Downs Way is close by. Petworth is about ten minutes away by car for shops and pubs. Arundel with the castle is about half an hour. The coast at Littlehampton or Worthing is also around thirty minutes.
