The Barn At Banks Cottage
The Barn is in Lickfold. It's a converted outbuilding next to our own house, Banks Cottage. You've got your own space and a private patio. It looks out towards Pulborough Brooks, which is RSPB land. It's very quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The renovation was done properly. The kitchen is new, and there's a woodburner for winter. It's warm.
The local pub is about a twenty minute walk down the lane. They do good food. For a bigger shop, you'll want to drive into Pulborough.
The RSPB reserve at Pulborough Brooks is right on the doorstep. You can walk from the gate. Bring binoculars. RSPB Pulborough Brooks.
Parham House and Gardens is about a fifteen minute drive. It's a nice day out. Parham House & Gardens. Petworth House is also close, maybe twenty minutes. National Trust Petworth.
Goodrington is within half an hour if you fancy the coast. Arundel with the castle is about the same.
Facilities: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking next to the barn. No pets, sorry.
