The Timber Store
The Timber Store is in Hardham, near Pulborough. It's a converted barn that sleeps eighteen.
It's a big, open space, rustic rather than polished. The main room has a large dining table for everyone, and sofas at one end. There's a second big table in the kitchen for breakfast. The kitchen has what you need. Outside, there's a garden with a barbecue pit.

It's in the South Downs National Park. The River Rother runs by the property, with about half a mile of private fishing rights. You can pick up the Rother Valley Walk right from here, and there are plenty of footpaths.
A local pub is about half a mile away in Coldwaltham. The nearest shop is in Pulborough, a mile away.
If you're driving out, Arundel and its castle are close. Chichester is about half an hour away. The coast at Littlehampton or the beaches at West Wittering are also within a thirty minute drive. For days out, Petworth House and the RSPB at Pulborough Brooks are nearby. Goodwood is just up the road for the racecourse or festival of speed.
