Cobblers Cottage
Cobblers Cottage is in Petworth. It's right across the road from Petworth Park. It's a three-storey cottage, so there are quite a few stairs. They're normal cottage stairs.
It's a 4 Star place, sleeps four. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. One bathroom is on the lower ground floor next to the kitchen. The other is between the two bedrooms upstairs. We allow one small dog.
The kitchen is downstairs. It's a decent size, with a table. There's a utility room with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Upstairs on the ground floor there are two living rooms, one with an open fire. The garden is walled and private, with a table and chairs.
You're a five minute walk from Petworth town. There are pubs, cafes, and a lot of antique shops. The National Trust's Petworth House is just over the road. You can walk in the deer park from the front door.
Within about half an hour you can drive to Cowdray Park, the Weald & Downland Living Museum, or Arundel Castle. The South Downsand the coast are easy to get to as well.
Facilities included: WiFi, TV, parking for one car, bike storage, bedding and towels. There's a BBQ in the garden.
