Barrington Cottage is in Byworth, West Sussex. It's a three bedroom place that sleeps five. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a single bed and a pull-out single underneath it, which can make a double if you need it. There are six steps up to the double bedroom, and then a twin room. The stairs in general are normal, but they are cottage stairs.
You've got a living room that looks out onto the patio and garden, a dining room, and a kitchen with a small breakfast area. The kitchen has what you need.
Byworth itself is very small and pretty. It's in the South Downs National Park. There's a 17th-century pub about 200 yards from the cottage. They do good food and the terraced garden has nice views.
Petworth is a mile away. It's an old market town with antique shops, cafes, and pubs. You can visit Petworth House and Gardens there. Other places like Parham House or the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum are within a 30 minute drive.
If you want to get out, you're right in the South Downs for walking. Goodwood is about 20 minutes by car for horse racing or the Festival of Speed. Arundel Castle is roughly half an hour away. You can get to the coast at the Witterings or Worthing in under 30 minutes if you fancy the beach.
Included in the place: all your electricity and utilities, bedding and towels, a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking on site. There's a patio and garden for you. Sorry, no pets.
