Keeds Barn
Keed's Barn is in Pickhurst, near Pulborough. It's in our garden actually, detached from the main house. You get a covered patio area that looks out over our orchard and a paddock.
It sleeps two. One bedroom upstairs, one bathroom ensuite. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's all been done to a high standard. Everything's new and clean.
It's open plan downstairs. Kitchen with a breakfast bar, sofa, TV. The stairs are a typical cottage spiral staircase, so they're a bit tight. Fine for most, just take care.
There's an EV charger on site if you need it. WiFi, towels, bedding, all included. No pets.
You're in the South Downs National Park. You can walk straight from the door onto public footpaths. Pulborough Brooks nature reserve is close by. RSPB Pulborough Brooks is good for birdwatching.
Within about half an hour you've got Petworth House, which is National Trust. Arundel Castle is about 30 minutes drive. The coast at the Witterings is maybe 40 minutes. Goodwood for the racing or the festival is easy to get to. Pulborough has a train station, so you can get to London or Brighton if you don't want to drive.
There's a supermarket five minutes away. A few decent country pubs nearby too.
