Park Cottage
Park Cottage is on the edge of Kirdford village, near Balls Cross. It's a proper country house that sleeps 12. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The garden is peaceful. It looks out onto woodland and fields. There's a south-facing patio with furniture, a BBQ and a firepit.
Out the front there's parking and a car port. The car port has a table tennis table in it. Basic bats and balls are there for you.
The stairs are fine, nothing too unusual. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
You're a mile from the South Downs National Park. It's good walking country. For a pint and food, there's a 17th century pub about a 15-20 minute walk up the lane.
Petworth is about five miles away. It's worth a visit for the antique shops and tea rooms. Petworth House is there. It's a National Trust place with a big art collection and a deer park. National Trust Petworth.
Fishers Adventure Farm Park is a ten minute drive if you've got children with you. Goodwood is about half an hour away for horse racing, the motor circuit or golf.
