The Lodge At The Lake House
The Lodge is in Ifold, West Sussex. It's a one bedroom cottage that sleeps two. It's detached, in the grounds of our main house. It's very quiet here.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. You've got your own private courtyard garden out the back with a table and chairs. There's a barbecue there too.
Inside, the bedroom is quite large, with a kingsize bed and a small sitting area with a TV. The kitchen and diner is separate. There's a shower room. WiFi, TV, and parking are all included. Bedding and towels are provided.
The property sits within its own private woodland. There's a fishing lake on site, which guests are welcome to use. The tennis court is just a minute's walk from the front door.
We have a few hens nearby. They lay fresh eggs. We'll provide some for you, but they can be a bit noisy in the morning. We leave earplugs in the cottage just in case.
There's a local pub, a golf course, and places for horse riding, all within a few miles. For a wider choice, Guildford is about a 25 minute drive. Petworth, with its park and antique shops, is about 20 minutes away.
