The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is in Gay Street, which is near Pulborough in West Sussex. It’s a converted part of an old farm building, so it’s a single-storey cottage, all on the ground floor. You’re right in the middle of fields. It’s very quiet.

It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. The bathroom is a wet room with a walk-in shower. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It’s been done up recently, so it feels clean and new inside.

The main room has a wood burner. There’s a kitchen area with a hatch through to the sitting area, which is useful. There’s also a conservatory on the back that looks out over the paddocks. It gets the sun.

The place is set up for horses, if you have them. There’s stabling on site for up to three, and grazing paddocks right outside. You’d need to sort the details before you come.

For walking, you’re close to the South Downs. The National Trust South Downs page is good for routes. Pulborough Brooks RSPB nature reserve is about ten minutes away by car. Arundel, with the castle and wet centre, is about a twenty minute drive. The coast at Littlehampton or Worthing is roughly half an hour.

Facilities wise: there’s parking right outside, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi is here. It says two pets are allowed.
