Northurst is on West Chiltington Common in West Sussex. It's a detached house. The garden is secure, which is good if you're bringing a dog.
It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's high spec and well looked after. There's a games room up in the loft with bean bags and a TV, so kids or anyone can get a bit of space to themselves.
The kitchen is big, with an island and an electric Aga. The orangery has a dining table and gets the evening sun. There's a proper table tennis table in the car port out front.
You can walk to the village pub in five minutes. There's a microbrewery opposite it. The South Downs National Park starts about a mile away.
You're in the middle of the Sussex wine region. Nyetimber vineyard is a couple of miles up the road. For a day out, Petworth House and its deer park are about a 20 minute drive. Parham House is closer, near Storrington. Goodwood and Cowdray Park are within half an hour if you're into golf or events.
It's got all the things you'd expect: WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring one dog. There's parking on site.
