The Barn
This is The Barn. It's in Watersfield in West Sussex. It's a converted barn, detached. You've got your own garden and patio that's fenced in. There's a hot tub. The main view is over fields and paddocks.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. Everything is included, like bedding and towels. You can bring up to two dogs.
Inside, it's a barn conversion so you'll see the wooden beams. There's a wood burner. The stairs go up to the bedrooms, which have sloping ceilings because of the roof shape. There's plenty of storage space. It's got a stable door at the entrance. The owners live next door.
Facilities wise, it's got the things you'd expect: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right there. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
The shop and pub are about a mile and three quarters away. For a beach, West Wittering is good, about half an hour's drive. Brighton is also within half an hour.
Arundel is about fifteen minutes by car. It has the castle and the wetlands centre. Chichester is a bit further, maybe twenty-five minutes. That's where the Festival Theatre and Goodwood are. For walking, you're right on the edge of the South Downs National Park. There are several National Trust places within half an hour, like Petworth House and Nymans.
