Warre Cottage is in Burpham, just outside Arundel. It's detached, so no neighbours through the walls. The garden is yours, it's quite private and looks out over fields towards the South Downs.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, which is handy with a full house. One bedroom has an en-suite shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The stairs are typical cottage stairs. They're fine, but they turn a corner and are a bit steep.
Burpham itself is a small village. There's a good pub, The George, a few minutes' walk away. It serves food. Arundel is about two miles away for proper shopping. It's a nice town with a castle, cafes, and antiques.
You're right on the edge of the South Downs here. There are footpaths starting almost from the door. You can walk up onto the downs or along the river. For organised walks, the South Downs National Park site has good maps.
In Arundel, the castle is the main sight. WWT Arundel is good if you like birds. The beach at Climping or Littlehampton is about a fifteen-minute drive.
Further out, you've got Chichester and Goodwood within half an hour. Brighton is about 45 minutes by car if you fancy that.
For facilities, you've got WiFi, TV, parking, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ in the garden. You can bring up to two dogs.
