The Cottage By The Sea
The Cottage By The Sea is in Littlehampton. It's detached and all on one floor, so no stairs to worry about. You get your own little enclosed garden out the back.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean but don't expect anything fancy. You can bring one dog.
The beach is three or four minutes' walk away. It's a proper shingle beach, not sand, but it's long and quiet. The town centre and the River Arun are about a ten minute walk the other way. There's a shop about 100 yards away and a pub even closer.
It's good for just pottering about. You can walk along the promenade, get chips, watch the boats. Harbour Park is nearby if you've got kids with you.
If you want a day out, Arundel Castle is about fifteen minutes by car. The South Downs are right there for walking, maybe half an hour to get up into the hills. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Brighton are all within an hour's drive if you fancy something bigger.
What's here: WiFi, a TV, a washing machine and dishwasher. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can park on the driveway.
