Lo-Tide
This is Lo-Tide, in Elmer near Bognor Regis. It's a modern house about 200 yards from the beach. The beach there is usually quiet, even in summer. It's good for swimming.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom and a bathroom are downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. The layout is open plan. It feels quite light.
There's a shop and a pub just up the road. The pub does food. You can walk to the beach easily.
If you want more going on, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are close. There's a stretch of coast from here to Littlehampton that's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's good for walks along the beach.
Within about half an hour you can get to Arundel for the castle, Chichester for the cathedral and theatre, or Goodwood for the races. The South Downs are right there if you want a proper walk. Portsmouth, Brighton, and the Isle of Wight ferry are all within an hour's drive.
For facilities: there's a garden with a BBQ, parking, WiFi, a TV, and a washing machine. It's all on one level from the parking area into the house. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
This house is one of a pair called Hi-Tide and Lo-Tide. You can book them together if you've got a bigger group.
