Garden Farm Cottage
Garden Farm Cottage is on the edge of Ilam village in Staffordshire. It's detached, in the grounds of the farm, so it's quiet. You look out over fields and hills.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. That's because both bedrooms have an en-suite, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well kept. All the bedding and towels are included.
You're right on the edge of Ilam Park and Dovedale is about a mile away. The path to the stepping stones starts from the car park there. You can walk for miles straight from the door, or cycle the Tissington Trail.
The local pub is a mile walk down into Ilam. It does food. For a proper shop, you need to drive to Ashbourne, which is about five miles.
If you've got kids or just like it, Alton Towers is eight miles away. Carsington Water is about nine miles for sailing or a walk round the reservoir.
It's got a garden with a patio. There's parking right outside. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a washing machine too. We can provide a cot and a stairgate. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
