Chapter One
Chapter One is a townhouse in the middle of Ashbourne. It's been done up well. It sleeps six across three bedrooms, and there's one bathroom.
The bedrooms are all upstairs. Two have king-size beds. The third one has a smaller double. The bathroom has a good shower.
Downstairs is all open plan. Kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is modern with a breakfast bar. The living room has a Smart TV. We put a screen in the front window so you've got privacy from people walking past. You still get the light.
There's a garden out the back with seating. You should know the neighbours have a right of way through it to put their bins out. Parking is on the road outside. There aren't any restrictions.
It's got a 4 Star rating. All your bedding and towels are provided. The place has WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. You can bring up to two dogs.
Location-wise, you're right in town. Plenty of pubs, shops, and places to eat are a couple of minutes' walk away. The Tissington Trail for walking and cycling is very close. Dovedale with the stepping stones is about a 15-minute drive.
If you need to plan days out, these are useful: Peak District National Park and National Trust Dovedale. Alton Towers is also about 15 minutes away by car if that's your thing.
