Dusty House
Dusty House is in the middle of Ashbourne. It's an old listed building, so it's on three floors. You can park your car in the garage at the bottom.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both have big beds that can be split into singles if you ask beforehand. There's one bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.
The stairs are the main thing. They're old house stairs, so they're quite steep and a bit narrow. Just something to be aware of.
Downstairs there's a living room with a wood burner. It works well. The kitchen is through there, it's got a dishwasher and a washing machine in the garage.
You're right in the town, so shops and pubs are a minute's walk. For a walk, you want Dovedale and the stepping stones. It's about a ten minute drive. The fishing on the River Dove is local.
If you've got kids, or even if you haven't, Alton Towers is twenty minutes away by car. There's a golf course nearby too.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, parking, cot and highchair are there if you need them. All bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
