It's called Dusty House. It's on a street in the middle of Ashbourne. It's an old building on three floors, so expect stairs. They're normal house stairs, not a ladder or anything, but there are a fair few of them.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both beds can be either one big bed or two singles, you just need to ask. There's one bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.
Downstairs is the living room. It's a decent size, with a wood burner, a sofa, chairs and a table for four. The kitchen is off there, it's blue. It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine in the garage. You can park one car in that garage.
Ashbourne's a good town. There are shops, a couple of supermarkets, and places to eat. You're right on the edge of the Peak District here.
The main thing is Dovedale. It's about ten minutes in the car. The stepping stones and the walk along the river are the reason a lot of people come. You can fish in the Dove if that's your thing. Peak District National Park has all the maps and walking routes.
If you need something else to do, Alton Towers is a 20-minute drive away. There's a golf course on the edge of town as well.
What's included: all the bedding and towels, WiFi, TV. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets.
