Swallow Barn

Carsington Water is about a three minute walk away. You can go sailing or cycling there, or just walk around it. It's good for birdwatching.
Ashbourne is a few miles away. It's a nice market town with cobbled bits and some independent shops. The Peak District is right there. Dovedale is a short drive for a walk. For bigger houses, Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are within half an hour. Alton Towers is about a 25 minute drive if that's your sort of thing.
There's a local pub about a mile and a half away. The nearest shop is two miles, in Carsington village.
It has a wood burning stove, a washing machine, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets, sorry.
