Mills Croft
Mills Croft is in Hognaston, a small village in the Peak District. It's a terraced house, end of a row. The renovation was done in 2022, so everything's modern and works properly.
It sleeps a maximum of five. Three bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a double that can be made into twins, and the third is a single with a pull-out bed underneath. It's a 4 Star place.
The kitchen is open plan with a dining area and a breakfast bar. There's a utility room off it with a washing machine and a downstairs toilet. The sitting room is separate, with a smart TV.
Outside, there's a good-sized garden at the back with flower beds and a decking area. There's a secure store for bikes. At the front there's a gravel driveway with space for one car.
Hognaston is quiet. Carsington Water is very close, maybe a five minute drive. You can walk, cycle, or sail from there. Ashbourne is the nearest proper town, about ten minutes away by car.
For days out, you're well placed. The Dovedale stepping stones are about twenty minutes drive. Chatsworth House is around half an hour. If you're here for Alton Towers, that's also about half an hour away.
In terms of facilities, everything listed is included. The property has a wheelchair accessible entrance, but it's not fully adapted internally, just the step-free access at the door. No pets allowed.
