Elm Cottage

Elm Cottage is in Waterhouses. It's a converted barn, part of a small courtyard. This one sleeps ten but in three bedrooms, so most of the beds are bunks. It's handy for a big family or a couple of families sharing.

The place has three bathrooms, which helps with ten people. It's a 3 Star property, which means it's practical and clean. It does the job.

You're right on the edge of the Peak District here. The Manifold Valley is just down the road. They've got a great cycle trail there, with views, and you can hire bikes. You can walk from the door.

Dovedale is close if you want the stepping stones. Alton Towers is about six miles away. For a day out, Chatsworth House is within half an hour. So are the market towns like Ashbourne, Leek and Bakewell.

There's a shop and a pub about a mile away. The pub serves food.

As for facilities, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. There's parking here. The garden is enclosed. You can bring two dogs.
