Willow Cottage
This is Willow Cottage, out near Tregeseal. It's in a small hamlet in a valley, by itself. The stream called Nancherrow runs through the garden, which is nice.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so someone gets a shower to themselves. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently.
One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor. It has doors out to the garden. Another double is upstairs with doors onto a raised deck. The third bedroom has two single beds, but one is like a small bunk bed off the floor, with a ladder. Older kids tend to like it.
The main living area is open plan. It's a big kitchen and dining space, good for everyone being in together. The sofas face a large TV and a wood burner. There's a second sitting area on the upstairs deck.
The garden's big and has a few different spots to sit. There's also a hot tub and a small croquet lawn.
You're allowed up to three dogs.
St Just is about a fifteen minute walk, or a couple of minutes in the car. It's got a few pubs that do food, some shops and galleries. For a farm shop, St Buryan is a five minute drive. If you want fish, you'd go to Newlyn.
You're right on the edge of the coast here. You can walk to the Tregeseal Stone Circle from the door. The Crowns Mines at Botallack are close. The South West Coast Path is nearby for walks to places like Cape Cornwall or Sennen Cove. The National Trust Penwith page has good local walking routes. You can drive to Porthcurno and the Minack Theatre in about fifteen minutes.
For facilities: there's WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and parking for a couple of cars. Bedding and towels are included. The hot tub is wood-fired, so you have to plan that a bit.
