Tor Barn
Tor Barn is a detached house on the edge of Pendeen. It’s quiet here. You’re a five minute walk from the coast path and the local pub, which does food.
The house sleeps six. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, which helps when everyone's trying to get out. It’s got a 3 Star rating, so it’s comfortable and clean. It isn’t a show home.
It’s a good spot for walking. You can head north towards Geevor Tin Mine and Cape Cornwall, or south towards Portheras Cove. Sennen Cove, which has a big sandy beach, is about seven miles by road. For a day out, St Ives is nine miles along the coast road through Zennor. The Tate St Ives is there if that’s your thing. Penzance is eight miles for shops and the outdoor pool. Land’s End is about nine miles.
You can get the ferry from Penzance over to the Isles of Scilly. The helicopter goes from there too.
In the house there’s a woodburner, a washing machine, WiFi, and parking. The garden is enclosed. We provide bedding. No pets, sorry.
