Bowji

Right, Bowji. It's an old barn we converted, next to our house. It's in Kelynack, which is near St Just in Cornwall. Very quiet spot, right in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You'll see the fields from the garden.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable. Everything is on the ground floor and it's wheelchair friendly. The doors are wide and there are no steps to get in.

You've got a patio and an enclosed garden. There's a barbecue, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right there.

We accept up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.

The nearest shop and pub are in St Just, about three miles away. It's a proper little town with a square, a few pubs, and a good bakery.

You're really close to the coast here. Sennen Cove beach is about a five minute drive. Good for families and surf. Lands End is the same distance, for the cliffs and the walks. The coastal path is right there, you can walk to Cape Cornwall one way and Lands End the other.

Mousehole is about six miles. Pretty harbour, nice for a meal. Penzance is a bit further, maybe twenty minutes in the car. That's where you get the ferry to the Isles of Scilly. St Michael's Mount is past there.

For days out, the Minack Theatre at Porthcurno is about a fifteen minute drive. St Ives, with the Tate gallery, is roughly half an hour. There are a few sub-tropical gardens around too, like the ones at Trengwainton.

Useful links: National Trust Cornwall, Cornwall Council Countryside for walking, and Lands End itself.
