Shark Fin is in Sennen Cove, right up on the cliff. It's a modern house. The views really are what people come for. You look out over Sennen beach one way and towards the Land's End lighthouse the other.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are four bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well equipped and finished. Everything is clean and works.
The living room is round, with sliding doors all around. You can walk straight out onto a big decked terrace from pretty much any side. The stairs inside are a single flight, quite normal.
It's an eco-house. It has underfloor heating from a heat pump and solar panels. It's very efficient.
You're on National Trust land up there. It's a short walk down to Sennen beach. The path is steep in parts. The beach is good for surfing and families. There's a lifeboat station, a pub, a couple of cafes and a restaurant right by the sand.
The Minack Theatre is about a ten minute drive. It's an open-air theatre carved into the cliff. You need to book tickets well in advance. Land's End is just along the coast. You can get a flight to the Isles of Scilly from the airport there if you fancy it.
For facilities, it's got parking, a washing machine, a wood burner, a BBQ, and bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
