25 Mallard Cottage
This is 25 Mallard Cottage. It's in Trethewey, near Poljigga, which is basically a couple of miles from Land's End.
It's one of four holiday lets here, but the others are people's homes, so just be normal about noise and parking.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. One double bedroom is upstairs in the dormer. Downstairs there's another double and a twin bedroom with bunk beds. The stairs are fine, just normal cottage stairs.
The living space is open plan. You've got a TV, a fridge, microwave, and the usual kitchen things. Bedding and towels are included. There's no travel cot, but there is a single bed in the ground floor double room that's good for a toddler or a small child.
Where it really scores is the location. You're a few minutes in the car from some proper Cornish beaches. Sennen Cove is about two miles, good for families and surfing. Porthcurno beach and the Minack Theatre are just over a mile and a half away. It's worth looking up show times for the Minack if you fancy something different. Porthgwarra is about the same distance.
It's a quiet, rural spot. Good for getting out walking straight onto the coastal path. Penzance is the nearest proper town, about seven or eight miles. That's where you'll find supermarkets, a few shops, and the harbour.
