21 Rowan Cottage is in Trethewey near Poljigga. It's one of four lets on the site, but the others are residential, so the neighbours live there full time.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. There’s a double bed in the dormer upstairs, then a double and a twin bunk room on the ground floor. It has a 3 Star rating. It’s clean and functional.
The living space is open plan. There’s a TV, fridge, microwave, and the usual kitchen bits. They don’t provide travel cots, but there is a single bed in the double room, fine for a toddler upwards.
It's a quiet, rural spot. You're about two miles from Land's End. Sennen Cove and Whitesand Bay are close for surfing or a family beach day. The Minack Theatre is a mile and a half away, overlooking Porthcurno beach. Good for a visit any time of year. You've got Porthchapel, Porthgwarra, and Sennen Cove all within two miles or so.
For walks, the South West Coast Path is a short walk away. Penzance is the nearest town, about seven and a half miles. That's where you'll find the station, shops, and the harbour.
Facilities: garden, TV, bedding and towels included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. You can bring one pet.
