Cowslip is on Trewellard Manor Farm, just on the edge of Pendeen village. I live on site. The cottage is detached. You'll see a few other holiday lets here, but you get your own garden and parking.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms has a sea view. That same room has a large old grain lift in it, from when this was part of the farm buildings. It doesn't do anything, it's just there. The rating is 4 Star. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
The village shop and a pub are about a five minute walk. St Just is a short drive and has more shops and cafes.
You're right on the coast path here. You can walk to Pendeen Lighthouse. The Geevor Tin Mine museum is just down the road. The old engine houses for the Crown Mines are on the cliffs, you'll see them on walks. This whole area is a Cornish Mining World Heritage Site.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got St Ives for the harbour, galleries and beaches. Sennen Cove is good for surfing. The Minack Theatre at Porthcurno is worth booking for. You can drive down to Mousehole and Newlyn, and see St Michael's Mount across the bay at Marazion.
For facilities: there's a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a stairgate if you need it. No pets, sorry.
