Cowslip
It's called Cowslip. It's on a farm just outside Pendeen, up near Land's End. The owner lives on site but the cottage itself is detached, so it's private.
It sleeps five people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms has a sea view. There's an old grain lift in there, left over from the farm. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a woodburning stove in the living room for cooler evenings. Outside there's a patio garden. Parking is right there.
You can walk to a local pub and a shop from here, about five minutes. St Just is a short drive away and has more shops.
The coast path is very close. You can walk to the Pendeen Lighthouse. Geevor Tin Mine is just down the road if you're interested in the mining history. The cliff walks around here are fantastic.
Within half an hour's drive you've got St Ives for galleries and beaches, Sennen Cove for surfing, and the Minack Theatre at Porthcurno. The drive from here to St Ives along the B3306 is a proper scenic route.
