The Old Printworks

The Old Printworks is a flat in Littlehampton. It's on the ground floor of an old industrial building. It used to be a printworks, so the ceiling is high and there are some exposed brick walls. They've kept a lot of the old printing stuff around as decoration. It's definitely a bit different.

It sleeps two people. There's one proper bed up on a mezzanine level, which you get to by a steep ladder-staircase. If you're not great with steps, that's something to think about. Downstairs, the sofa turns into a second bed if you need it. There's one bathroom with a shower.

It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-finished. It's clean, the furniture is good, and everything works. You get a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included.

Location-wise, you're about a 15 minute walk from the seafront. Littlehampton beach is mostly shingle. The town has the usual seaside things: a pier, places to eat fish and chips, a funfair for kids. There's a local pub nearby, and you can store a bike if you bring one.

If you want to explore further, Arundel is about ten minutes away by car. The castle and the wetlands centre there are worth a visit. Chichester is maybe half an hour's drive. Good for shopping and the Cathedral. The South Downs are right there for walking. You can get to the edge of the National Park in 20 minutes.

We accept one well-behaved dog. There's parking on the street, but it's not designated, so you might have to look for a space.
