You are in a great location to explore the south Lake District, and Windermere and Coniston Water within 30 minutes’ drive for walking and water enthusiasts. If climbing is your preferred pastime, you’ll find a great variety of bouldering through to large crags all within an easy drive. If you prefer more leisurely pursuits, you have plenty of options from museums to stately homes, escape rooms to segways, steam trains to lake cruises, Michelin star restaurants to horse racing, the option are endless and of course this is the World of Wordsworth and Beatrix Potter for those literary enthusiasts. You’ll never be short of things to do whether you are enjoying a break with friends or family.
