The Parade

The Parade is a modern, one-bedroom ground floor apartment located within The Bay in Filey, which is ideal as a couples’ getaway. The open plan living space has a well-equipped, well presented kitchen area and a delightful living area with a comfy sofa and Freeview TV; this also boasts a table and four chairs making sure you have a place to sit and have breakfast at, so you are fully energised for another day of adventure. On the same floor, the apartment boasts a good-sized double bedroom and a lovely bathroom. With the apartment being ground floor you also have a sunny patio area which is great to sit back in, relax and have a well-deserved glass of fizz. The apartment acts as a great base after a day exploring this lovely coastal town and surrounding areas.
The Parade also allows guests access to the facilities on-site, including a large, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, a café and a pub serving traditional pub meals. The Bay is a large holiday complex from where you can walk along the beach to Filey or there is a local bus service. The apartment is also perfectly situated to visit this beautiful area, from the wonderful North York Moors National Park to the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. Other coastal towns close by are Scarborough, Bridlington and Whitby, all great places to visit whilst you are staying at The Bay. Filey itself has a wealth of bars, pubs and restaurants giving you a great place to go for a night out on the town. This really is a perfect location, the problem guests will have is trying to fit everything in! Beach 600 yards. Shop and pub serving food on-site.
