The first floor boasts three bedrooms all with stunning views of the countryside. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a relaxing library area on the landing. Downstairs offers spacious rooms to enjoy family time together. There is a large living room with two seating areas and patio doors opening up to a private garden and patio area with seating. The property is completed with an open plan kitchen and dining room plus a separate utility room providing extra cooking and storage facilities together with a small conservatory and downstairs toilet.
Bordering the Trough of Bowland, Terrace Cottage is perfectly situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with fabulous walks such as Clough Pike practically on the doorstep to be enjoyed. This area is also a hot spot for cyclists! It is just a 10 minute drive to the historic city of Lancaster where you can explore a wealth of local coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and shopping together with the castle, priory and Williamson’s Park containing the Ashton Memorial and Butterfly House. Terrace Cottage is only 4 miles from the Universities of Lancaster and Cumbria, making it a great stay for those visiting their loved ones.
