Military Drive 7
Military Drive 7 is in Portpatrick. It's a detached house up on the hill. You get a good view from there, over the town and the harbour.
It sleeps twelve people. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's a 4 Star property, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. There's a pool table inside and a hot tub in the back garden. The house next door, number 8, is similar and you can book them together for bigger groups.
The place is practical. There's parking, a washing machine, WiFi, and bedding is included. You can bring up to two dogs.
You can walk down into Portpatrick in a few minutes. The coast path is right there. There's a shop, a pub, and places to eat about 200 yards away. The beach is about the same distance.
If you're driving out, you've got options. Stranraer is about 15 miles for the ferry to Ireland. There are a few golf courses nearby, like the ones at Portpatrick and Stranraer. The Galloway Forest Park is good for cycling or walking, about a half hour drive. Further afield, you can get to Turnberry in under an hour.
