This is Elsewhere, in Penzance. It's a first-floor apartment in a private, gated block. It's good for two people, just the one bedroom and bathroom.
It has a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and functional but not luxurious. The door off the living area leads out to a private roof terrace. It's a nice spot for a morning coffee.
The main thing is the location. You can walk to the seafront promenade in about five minutes. The town centre, with shops and pubs, is also just a short walk away.
The apartment itself is all on one floor inside. The bathroom has been recently updated. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You get one parking space on site.
Penzance has a working harbour and a shingle beach along the prom. For a sandy beach, you can walk or drive to Long Rock, which looks across to St Michael's Mount. The famous Jubilee Pool, the art deco sea pool, is right on the seafront.
You're on the South West Coast Path here, so the walking is excellent. You can walk along the coast to Mousehole, or get the bus. Newlyn, the fishing port, is also close. For a spectacular beach, Porthcurno is about a twenty minute drive. The Minack Theatre is there too.
If you're driving, Lands End is about twenty minutes. St Ives is about half an hour away, but the traffic can be bad in summer.
