Dalton Cottage is on a terraced street in Penzance. It's a one-up-one-down. Sleeps two. You have the courtyard to yourselves.
We've just finished refurbishing it, so everything inside is new. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's simple, clean and comfortable rather than luxurious. It's all open plan downstairs.
The stairs are quite steep, a typical cottage staircase. The bedroom and en-suite shower room are upstairs.
You can walk into town easily. The seafront, promenade and the start of the South West Coastal Path are about half a mile away.
The railway and bus station are a level walk, less than a mile. Public transport is good from here, so you can get the bus or train to St Ives or Mousehole and not worry about parking. Newlyn harbour is a short drive, or a decent walk if you're up for it. They have some excellent fish restaurants.
For a day out, the Minack Theatre at Porthcurno is about nine miles. Lands End is just under ten miles away. Porthcurno beach and Sennen Cove are nearby as well.
Facilities wise: there's a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
