It's been renovated. Downstairs is open plan, with the kitchen and sitting room together. There's a wood burner. The stairs to the bedroom are steep, which is typical for these cottages.
The bedroom is upstairs with a double bed and Velux windows. The bathroom is up there too, with both a bath and a separate walk-in shower.
You're right in the middle of the village, about a minute's walk from the harbour. The owners run a restaurant a few doors down and offer guests a 10% discount.
For getting out, you're well placed for the South West Coast Path. Penzance is about three miles away for bigger shops. St Michael's Mount is a 15-minute drive. The Minnack Theatre is roughly 20 minutes by car. Land's End is about half an hour.
The cottage has a dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included, and electricity is covered. There is no parking at the cottage, but there is a public car park at the top of the village.
