This recently renovated 2022 country-style cottage accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms. On entering the property, you are greeted by a bright hallway with an allocated area to store your muddy boots and coats! Wander into the cosy lounge where you benefit from sumptuous sofas, a TV and a wood burner, the perfect place to rest your feet after a day exploring the Yorkshire Dales! A separate dining room can be found in the next room with space for up to four guests and a desk/work area with a monitor for those working from home on holiday! Followed by a bright, fully fitted and well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare those home-cooked meals or why not try a variety of local cuisines? Wander upstairs where you can choose from a large double bedroom with a king-size bed or a twin room with two single beds, all with high-quality memory foam mattresses. The family bathroom can be found on the first floor briefly comprising a roll-top bath, separate shower cubicle, low level toilet and hand basin.

Externally the property is situated on a quiet street, with street parking outside the front. A south-facing decking area, with outside furniture, is at the rear of the property. Whilst on a quiet street, you are only a few minute’s walk from Skipton town centre with all its local amenities and regular street market. Popular tourist attractions such as Bolton Abbey, Upper Wharfedale, Grassington, Malham Cove and so much more are only a short distance away!
